Spirit, Mind and Body

"What does Spirit, Mind and Body have to do with business?"

Many of you will ask this questions and others will say "It's Obvious!"

Let's look at how it all comes together.  Human Beings are bodies, minds and spirits or, stated another way, physical, mental and spiritual.  These parts all work together to make up the "person" and all three must be healthy (in good working order) to function efficiently.

The following quote is from one of the worlds foremost business practitioners and philosophers.

"Treat your body like a temple, not a woodshed.  The mind and body work together.  Your body needs to be a good support system for the mind and spirit.  If you take good care of it, your body can take you wherever you want to go, with the power and strength and energy and vitality you will need to get there." -- Jim Rohn

It is clear that Jim Rohn has an understanding of these three parts of our being.

A somewhat negative statement that reveals a truly positive point of view of a renowned Doctor.

"One of the disapointments of my professional life is meeting so few teachers who see the whole picture of health, who understand the importance of working from all fronts: the physical, the mental and the spiritual." -- Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D.

There is a growing understanding in all professional arenas, that one must address all three aspects of a person to ensure proper growth and development of the individual.
