This is a catch-all for necessary information that could not be included in the body of the business plan.

It could include the following: product specs or photos, suppliers, location factors, technical data, facilities, special reports and copies of licenses, approvals, regulations, etc.

Customer Information
A list of customers if dealing in a major product with limited distribution.   If you are dealing in commodities this area can contain additional customer profile information.

Advisor Information
This is key for any business, large or small.   List the advisors in the following categories with all their pertinent information.   If special areas of consulting were used they should be listed here as well.

List these professionals here.   All of them should be notified and ALL of them should review the document as it develops and in its final state.
